Who Are the Geese Guys?
Geese Guys was founded in 2011 by a local businessman named James Kuri who, while golfing, noticed that overabundant goose populations were causing a problem in our area. He did a little research and found out that dogs, especially Border Collies, were being used to remedy this problem elsewhere. He purchased his first goose dog, learned about geese and how to manage them, then started offering his services to golf courses in the area.
Since then, Geese Guys has expanded to parks, commercial properties, schools and even airports. Our primary goal is to reduce or eliminate conflicts between people and geese, in a way that benefits humans, wildlife and local ecology as a whole. Our services are a safe, humane and effective way to manage problematic geese.
